About Me

I have always loved drawing and painting. I am always focusing on improving my painting skills and techniques. Most of my inspiration comes from my own emotions and my beautiful home state, Colorado. Although most of my paintings are landscapes, I am not limited to just sceneries. I also love to create portraits, animals, and whatever else I imagine. I have been in 5 art shows throughout my life and won the scholastic silver key in high school. I currently have artwork hanging up at Mario’s Pizza in Gunnison, CO. and Superfruit Republic at their two locations in Denver.

My mini studio is where I spent most of my days off. I get lost behind my easel for hours. My ideal day off is.. wake up before 8am, make coffee, paint, paint, paint some more, mix some colors, move some more paint around. Next thing I know, the sun is saying goodnight and I need to turn my lamp on to continue painting. Painting is my therapy. I prefer to share my emotions through pictures and colors than through words.

When I am not painting, you can find me adventuring around the beautiful mountains with my fur babies and my boyfriend. We love exploring new places. In the picture above is my baby Shepard Pyrenees, Monet. She has been a blessing to me since the day I adopted her.
